CATCH Abby Asistio as she performs in a special concert at Solaire’s Eclipse Bar on August 16 (Wednesday, 10:00 p.m.) with Mel Villena and The AMP Band.

As one of the up and coming singer-songwriters in the industry today, Abby continues to create music that inspires countless people not only in the Philippines but all over the world as well.

Abby’s advocacy is an aggressive multi-media campaign on the prevention, awareness, and treatment of Alopecia Areata – a condition that she has been dealing with since she was four years old. Her self-penned ballad “Beautiful” has been an anthemic inspirational song that champions the cause of inner beauty and has been the source of strength and inspiration to women of all ages.
The immense success of Abby’s advocacy paved the way for two major international organizations to take notice. Abby as chosen to share her amazing story of hope and self-rediscovery, over millions of online influencers, to over 1.7 billion FB users in the historic Facebook Friends Day in February 2016 where she met and engaged with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. She was also one of the Philippines’ representatives in the prestigious Southeast Asian music festival Music Matters 2016 that happened in Singapore last year.

Today, Abby is officially part of ABS-CBN’s Star Music family with the release of her digital single “If You Don’t Want To Fall” – a remake of Judie Gitamondoc’s Himig Handog 2014 entry, which was originally interpreted by Jed Madela. “If I Don’t Want You To Fall” is available for streaming on Spotify and it could also be downloaded on Spotify, iTunes, and Apple Music.

For her special performance in Eclipse with Mel Villena and The AMP Band, Abby will dish out live her impressive cover versions of standard favorites such as Swing Out Sisters’ “Am I The Same Girl,” Etta James’ “At Last,” and Donna Summer’s “Last Dance” among many other fabulous, well-loved tunes.
