One of today’s most exciting and most successful Millennial recording artists, Kiana recently performed in One Music PH’s benefit digital concert titled Awit Para Sa Marawi alongside other amazing singers such as Sam Concepcion, Abby Asistio, RJ Dela Fuente, Katrina Velarde, Acel van Ommen, Jake Zyrus, Xian Lim, and Boyband PH among many others.
A certified it-girl and one of today’s most exciting and most successful Millennial performing and recording artists, Kiana was launched as the new endorser of the top-selling Australian make-up brand BYS Philippines in the successful music and fashion festival Manila X 2017 at the Globe Open circuit Grounds in Makati which drew 5,000 fans.
With a very strong social media following, Kiana is also one of the brand ambassadors of Powermac Center and SM Parisian and many other brands as well. She blew away the Filipino-American audiences when she joined her father Gary Valenciano in the first leg of his North American tour this 2017 as one of his special guests.
Kiana wowed the crowd in sold out concert at the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, and the Viridian Events Place in Salt Lake City Utah with her fabulous performance, which included the live rendition of her latest smash hit “Does She Know” which she co-wrote with fellow young singer and songwriter Moira Dela Torre and Curtis Smith.
Kiana recently performed in One Music PH’s benefit digital concert titled Awit Para Sa Marawi – a benefit show mounted for the families of and the wounded soldiers in Marawi and to promote peace, unity, and solidarity in the region. As part of this advocacy event, Kiana is also part of the ensemble artists featured in the new single titled “Restart Back To Love” which was composed by Jonathan Manalo.
The official music video of “Restart Back To Love” was officially launched during the live online streaming of Awit Para Sa Marawi last August 6, and all proceeds of the sales of the song will go to ABS-CBN Foundation. Kiana also performs in another star-studded benefit show for Marawi on August 10 at SM Mall of Asia Arena in a special concert mounted by The Red Cross titled Rebuilding Life In Marawi.
Today, Kiana’s “Does She Know” has a whopping 2,000,000 streams on Spotify and it was named as the number one song on the Philippine Top 50 indie singles two months ago and landed on the Top Ten Pop songs of Spotify as well. The single also reached the number one spot on Wave 89.1’s Hot 6@6 and its official music video was on the 12th spot of Pinoy Myx Countdown. The single even went as far as India where it reached the 100th slot of the country’s Top 200 Pop songs. She recently performed the song on ASAP with Sam Concepcion as her guest performer in a production number with the Manoeuvres.
A recipient of the Awit Award for Best New Female Recording Artist of 2015, Kiana has a new original song that she composed that will be released soon titled “Misfits” and it is again arranged and produced by Marcus Davis who likewise produced “Does She Know.”
She will release it, this time, through a soon-to-be-announced major label. Kiana is also gearing up for a major event in Singapore this coming September. Chosen among over 500 applicants, she is performing in the Music Festival Music Matters to represent the Philippines for the very first time!
For her performance with The Brass Munkeys in Eclipse, both music lovers and fans can look forward to an evening of vintage music as Kiana and The Brass Munkeys dish out live the hits of the 60s and 70s! Showtime starts at 10 p.m.
