Last Independence Day the Joy Ride! Food Truck took a trip in Luneta to offer their re-imagined tweaks on traditional Filipino food made with quality products of Nutri-asia. The food truck has a very vibrant and youthful look that would definitely appeal not only to Millenials but to families as well. The event was joined by bloggers, members of the media and different people who wished to celebrate the Independence Day in Luneta. 

Nutriasia houses leading condiment brands in the Philippines like Datu Puti, Golden Fiesta and Mang Tomas. “We tweak classic Pinoy comfort food to make the taste more appealing to millennials,” said by Dang De Leon, Nutriasia’s corporate marketing consultant. She also explained that Nutriasia partnered with GalaStars Culinary headed by renowned chef Ernest Reynoso Gala to successfully transformed these classic Filipino food.

They also have Siga Bagnet Wrap which is prepared using Mang Tomas Siga, a spicy version of Mang Tomas sauce. Another set that belongs to the creative menu is the Fried Chicken Slider served with pan de sal and Skinny Chix mix with Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Fry and Shake breading mix, available in smoked barbeue, cheese and sour cream variants. The prices of food they offer ranges from 60 – 80 pesos that would surely fit on the budget of every Filipino on-the-go.
