All of the five Team Lakay fighters at “ONE Championship: Kings of Destiny” won in the evening of April 21, Friday, at the Mall of Asia Arena. The venue was jam-packed with a predominantly Filipino MMA fans.

Here are the five Team Lakay fighters who emerged as winners at the MMA event along with their current MMA record:

1. Eduard “Landslide” Folayang (18 wins, 5 losses, 0 draw)
On Nov. 11, 2016, Folayang won the ONE lightweight title against Shinya Aoki of Japan. The Filipino fighter retained the titled after defeating Ev Ting of Malaysia via unanimous decision.

“I would like to thank Ev Ting,” Folayang said in an interview right after the fight. “He was really prepared for this fight. We had to give a good show and that’s what we had planned.”

2. Kevin “The Silencer” Belingon (15 wins, 5 losses, 0 draw)
At 2:27 of Round 1, Belingon defeated Toni Tauru of Finland via technical knockout. It was Tauru’s fifth loss out of 17 MMA fights.

3. Honorio “The Rock” Banario (12 wins, 6 losses, 0 draw)
At 1:31 of Round 2, Banario defeated Jaroslav Jartim of Czech Republic via knockout. It was Jartim’s sixth loss out of 15 MMA fights.

4. Danny “The King” Kingad (7 wins, 0 loss, 0 draw)
Kingad defeated Muhammad Aiman of Malaysia via unanimous decision. It was Aiman’s second loss out of four MMA fights.

5. Gina “Conviction” Iniong (5 wins, 2 losses, 0 draw)
Iniong defeated fellow Filipino fighter Natalie Gonzales Hills via unanimous decision. It was Hills’ fifth loss out of seven MMA fights.

MAIN CARD:

1.      Christian Lee of Singapore defeated Wan Jian Ping of China via technical knockout at 4:15 of Round 2.
2.      Stefer Rahardian of Indonesia defeated Eugene Toquero of the Philippines via unanimous decision.
3.      Xie Bin of China defeated Chan Rothana of Cambodia via guillotine choke submission at 1:46 of Round 2.

PRELIMINARY CARD:

1.      Michelle Nicolini of Brazil defeated Irina Mazepa of Russia via armbar submission at 2:11 of Round 1.
2.      Robin Catalan defeated his fellow Filipino fighter Jeremy Miado via split decision.
