Ramen noodles are considered a main meal of many people in Japan.

And because we Filipinos love to eat out, Ramen Daisho is here to offer their best tasting noodles.

I have been hearing good raves about Ramen Daisho located at Unit 2 Sunshine Square, Liberty Center along Shaw Blvd. near Puregold.

The place is commuter friendly, it's just a jeepney ride away from Starmall going to Quiapo. Just enough travel if you are near the area and is about to eat lunch.

The main ingredients of ramen is the soup and noodles, and the popular ramen type includes Miso and Tonkotsu.

3. Friendly staff
4. Salted Caramel Gelato
5. Vegetarian friendly

Foodies tastes different type of Ramen: Miso, Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Shiyo, Cold Zaru, Hakata Garlic.

Yours truly ate the cold zaru at it was really very tasteful. It can be a combination of two or more noodles. Its fun eating at Ramen Daisho because you can experiment with different soup and noodles.

Of all the ramen, Miso and Tonkotsu is the most recommended. Not because it is their best seller but because I have witnessed how my friends really liked it.
