With this year's theme 'INTENSE' majority of Cinema One Originals entries this year got good reviews from critics and film enthusiasts. A jury from international festival noted that theres such great improvement with the films he seen this year since the past years of the festival.

The event was held in Dolphy Theater and was hosted by Piolo Pascual and Iza Calzado.

At the recently concluded awarding of Cinema One Originals held on Sunday, November 16,
films 'Violator' and 'That Thing called Tadhana' bagged the most number of awards. Violator got the Best Picture award while Angelica Panganiban won the Best Actress award for 'That thing called Tadhana'.

It's a tie between Sandino Martin(Esprit de Corps) and Matt Daclan(Soap Opera) for the Best Actor.

Best Director winner is Kanakan-Balintagos (Esprit de Corps)
