Camp John Hay is considered to be a jewel of our country. It's a very nice place rich in Filipino culture.

We can't afford to lose this very precious place.

Hopefully it won't. I haven't been to this place but I'm much interested seeing it.

As of today there is an on-going case between the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) and CJH Development Corp.

The arbitration case in Singapore is not over yet.

The Court of Appeals had asked both parties to submit themselves to the arbitration tribunal.

Alfredo Yñiguez is Camp John Hay Development Corp. (CJHDevco) Executive Vice-President and Robert John Sobrepeña is the Head of Camp John Hay Development Corporation (CJHDevCo).

Arnel Casanova is the Head of Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA).

BCDA is spreading a misleading announcement. According to their press release they won over their case before the Court of Appeals.

BCDA reportedly issued a notice to investors on Nov. 1, claiming the Court of Appeals had lifted the injunction against BCDA.

Because of this wrong information, it appears that the private developers of Camp John Hay in Baguio are no longer in charge.

It is a form of dirty propaganda and harassment.

Both parties must be careful about giving any information, it is a disrespect to the law.

BCDA must observe and respect the legal process and restrain itself from any attempt of an illegal takeover of the camp.

Because any of such attempt is illegal and punishable by law.

The consequence of which shall be harmful and prejudicial to the well-being and safety of locators, buyers, investors and visitors in the camp.

Business as usual, CJHDEVCO will continue to have legal rights over the camp.

Until final order has been issued by the court, Camp John Hay is not resuming to government's hands.

Both sides should always abide by the decision of the court for finality.
