Power Mac Center, the leading Apple Authorized Service Provider in the Philippines, goes the extra mile in serving Apple users in the country by partnering with Air21 as the official logistics solutions provider for its Mail-In Repair Service Program.
This means select Air21 branches will serve as drop-off points for customers with Apple products in need of repair.
The new partnership brings convenience and accessibility to valued customers outside Metro Manila, Metro Cebu and Metro Davao by allowing them to have their Mac computers and iOS devices that require servicing shipped to a Power Mac Center Service Center for free.
“Power Mac Center aims to continuously improve its services and meet the growing demands of Apple customers throughout the Philippines. To enhance our Service solutions, we have teamed up with Air21, whose network of locations and track record in the logistics business will support our endeavour to deliver a complete Apple experience to more Filipinos,” said Power Mac Center Marketing Director Joey Alvarez.
With the PMC-Air21 collaboration, any interested provincial customer must first call the PMC Service hotline for an initial over-the-phone assessment of the device issue. If eligible for Mail-In Service, PMC Service shall provide the corresponding Endorsement Letter, which the customer has to present to the nearest Air21 outlet in order to avail of the free two-way shipping fee. Air21 will send the device to PMC for proper diagnosis and repair. Once the repair work is completed, customers can pick up and claim their Apple device at the same Air21 branch where they surrendered it.
