Clowns Sans Frontieres- France again bring smiles to Filipino children and campaigns for children’s rights.

Clowns Without Borders is an international organization of volunteer artists, clowns, puppeteers, acrobats, performers, musicians and craftsmen from 9 different countries working in many parts of the world. Clowns Without Borders offers laughter and smiles to relieve the distress in children who live in areas of crisis including refugee camps, conflict zones and those in difficult neighborhoods and communities.
From Oct 18 to November 5, the culminating event will be a grand parade titled “Pusong Makabata”, showcasing the puppets the children made themselves.

The parade will start from Quirino Grandstand and end in KKK Park along Roxas Blvd where a concert/show will take place.
