In cooperation with Canon, Inc., Canon Marketing Philippines (CMPI), Canon Business Machines Philippines (CBMP) and Canon Information Technologies Philippines (ci-tech), the multinational company donates a total of PhP1.3 million to the Philippine Red Cross.
The donation was turned over to Philippine Red Cross Chairman, Richard Gordon, Thursday, October 24 by Kazuhiko Yamada, CBMP president; Soichiro Tabe, ci-tech president; and Chng. Chairman Gordon has duly advised the group that the donation will be used in efficient collection and distribution of clean, potable water to displaced families in evacuation centers due to the strong quake.
