Karate Kid, home to the metro’s favorite Japanese-American specialties, gives more Filipinos a chance to experience its delectable offerings as it opens its newest store in Quiapo, the first one for 2013.
“The market for Japanese fusion cuisine has shown steady growth through the years and we feel that Karate Kid has greatly contributed to that,” says Karate Kid EVP Raymond Yap. “After the success of Karate Kid’s five store openings last year, we continue to strengthen our commitment to provide Filipinos with the brand’s signature Japanese-American delights as we expand in key areas in the metro.”
Also present at the opening of Karate Kid were former Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Nicanor Bartolome, former COMELEC Commissioner Rene Sarmiento, and Manila Complaint & Action Team Chief Franklin Gacutan.
