Enchong shares how he helped him to become a successful actor.“I will not be who I am today without swimming,” says Dee. He is also planning to join triathlons, that’s’ why it's part of his regular workout. “These days I like to run at high noon because I like to sweat,” he added.

He prepares his own food. He likes carrot milk. He enrolled himself to Muay Thai for self protection.
