Earlier today, Janelle Manahan, girlfriend of murdered actor Ramgen Revilla filed a criminal complaint against Ramgen's family, including Genelyn Magsaysay, Ramgen's mom, and siblings Ramona and Gail.
The charges, is all about the sex video that circulated over the Internet last December, 2011. It is under the Anti-Voyeurism law or RA 9995.
According to Atty. Argee Guevarra, Janelle's lawyer “We are filing a formal complaint to which we would like to avail of the technical expertise of the PNP-CIDG in the prosecution of those responsible when a video clip of our client and her deceased over was uploaded and broadcast over the internet,”
He also said during the press briefing, “The evidence points to only one group of suspects that have access to the digital video and the motive to share it over the internet to shame our client in the most sordid way in order to shake her resolve in the quest to bring Ramgen Revilla’s killers to justice."
